3. Customer are responsible to inform us the reference number or any kind of bank in reference as proof of payment via SMS, Email, or Fax

7. POS Malaysia will be our main courier company to ship the products to your door steps. Please be informed that the efficiency of their service is beyond our control.

9. Keep us inform the most important info such as payment reference number, desire address, full name, and bank in date - this info are crucial

10. Item sold are not returnable, we have check and make sure all item are in good condition. We did because we also need to have long term business relationship with our customers, and hassle free. It consume time to return the items to manufacturer and sent back to customers.

11. We have right to open the item packaging for QA purposes before deliver to the customers.

12. We will not responsible for any damage to the item during transit/delivery, we are also customer therefore we will take necessary precaution during packaging to ensure there will be no damage during delivery.

13. We also not responsible for any damage or broken parts or lost of parts during assembling or installation by customers. Please assemble nicely and carefully.

How To Buy

1. Email me or SMS or Call me to inform which product you require.

2. Price stated are fix

3. Once you inquiry the product, we will check the stock. Item based on first come first serve. Please give us time to check the products (usually not more than 1 day).

4. If the product available, customer need to make a payments via online banking or cash deposit machine.

5. Once payment has been made kindly keep the receipt or reference number for verification. SMS or email us the reference number or payment slip.

6. SMS or informed us your delivery address, we will use POS Malaysia as our main courier service provided. The efficiency of delivery by POS Malaysia is beyond our control.

7. If verification alright, item will start to delivery to your desire address.

8. We will inform customer the delivery reference number for product transit tracking.

4. Item yang tidak ada dalam stok kami sila beri tempoh 2 -3 hari untuk kami dapatkan dari pembekal, jika tidak ada lagi maka kami akan kemas kini bila item tersebut dijangka ada.

5. Kami telah memastikan semua item dalam keadaan baik sebelum diedarkan kepada pelanggan secara jujur dan telus, oleh itu item yang dijual tidak boleh dipulangkan kembali.
